As your primary health provider you would want to believe they are truly interested in your health. This provider isn't that person at all. I was truly looking forward to transitioning to a younger provider for my continued care. This provider, sadly, is the worst part of the health care team. She spent less than 7 minutes seeing me as a new patient and did not try to hide the disinterest. She was not informative at all. I was confused as to when she left the room after a few minutes if I was done or did she go to get something. I asked the lovely M.A. if the hcp was returning because I was truly confused. When the provider was asked to return to my room I asked if this is her normal routine with new patients. Without answering, she informed me there are other providers that I can see and I can speak with a manager. In all my years as a HCP myself I have never experienced such disregard for patients care. I am truly worried about the patients she's sees. A new patient visit is NEVER… less than 7 minutes. Shoot, a Follow up is at least 15mins. I did complain and asked for the video to be reviewed as to how quick she was. The most dangerous part is that I asked her if she had time to review my chart and she replied yes. However she asked me about scheduling an appointment that is never needed for a patient with my medical history. It's like asking a male patient if they had their pap smear done... Keep your loved ones far away from this young lady
