He has shown me his professional concern, with excellent bedside manner, and complete knowledge of my health situation. Dr. Arevalo is a very honest, compassionate doctor. Is not easy to find a great motility doctor. He is very knowledgeable and nice.

Dr. Lubin Arevalo Santana was my gastroenterologist for a short time and he explained things well and was interested in my care. I was glad to have found him. But then he left Houston and now practices in Miami, Florida. So many of the best young doctors are leaving Houston, also middle-aged doctors are leaving. We have a few of the really great older doctors left, now in their 70s and even 80s and when they are gone no one is coming to replace them.

I rarely write comments like this but I find myself really wanting to do this especially after finding such a wonderful gastroenterologist and going through many colonoscopies in the past and experiencing the quality of care I just did with Dr Arevalo. I love his caring way of explaining and prepping me for my procedure he is really the doctor I will recommend without hesitation and know he and his staff will do all they can to take care of me medically and emotionally. My doctor recommended a procedure with Dr.Arevalo. The office staff called me about 6 times before the appointment to collect my insurance information. At the time of the appointment, they informed me that I owe hundreds of dollars for the "insurance deductible". That was a complete lie. They never got a claim for that procedure approved, so they choose to lie to me in order to collect. What else does this office lies about?
