I’m a repeat customer of Dr. Richie’s. Had one knee replaced in 2024, preparing for the other one now. Dr. Richie is extremely knowledgeable, a great communicator, a quality surgeon, and has a positive attitude and energy that is very confidence inspiring.

First time visit with Dr Richie. Very informative and tells it like it is and explains the why. Wasn’t expecting me to jump to an immediate surgery. Was good with explaining options that could buy me a little more time before surgery. Was very helpful and I appreciate the time he gave to me.

First time seeing Dr Richie… I liked him. Only thing I don’t like is waiting 45 mins for my appointment. I know things happen but every time I go to Hughston Clinic I have a long wait. My husband and mom as well. Other than that it’s a great place!

Dr. Richie and his staff were friendly, efficient and informative in explaining my son's shoulder injury. While was busy, he did not make us feel like he waz too busy to answer our numerous questions. As a caring mom, I appreciate he understood my worries for my son. Highly recommend him and his team for those seeking a knowledgable and compassionate group. Thank you!

Stay far far away.....or go across the street to Dr Terry! Houghston clinic is an absolute joke and a farce. They keep deleting my reviews as well. I can't tell you how awful they were to deal with and the misdiagnosis was massive.

Dr. Richie is the best doctor I have ever been to see! He took his time, asked questions, and explained his reasoning to my shoulder pain. Dr. Richie and his staff are top notch! My should surgery went extremely well and I couldn't be more happy with my progress. If you are in need of an Orthopedic Surgeon, Dr. Richie would be on the top of my list of doctors to see.

No fan of needles, however, he recommended this route first. So far so good! Ok, so I am only 1 day out but it's dramatically better!
