Dr. Avany is a great doctor I have no regrets choosing her as my primary doctor. She cares about your health and endeavor to provide the best solution for your health issues.

I'm a retired doc with a hard head who came to this office for the 1st time (as a patient) thinking I knew what's wrong and what needed to be done. Some lasix, please, legs swollen. "No, you are going to the hospital." But I'm not sick. "Call 911!" True story. 5 days later now I'm being discharged home from hospital with treated cardiac arrhythmia, post-surgery, no longer in danger of dropping in the street. Thank you, Dr. Avany, for the courage of your convictions.

Dr. Lucia Avany is a great doctor - very informative, and knowledgable. It was my first time seeing an internist, and I wanted to do complete blood work, as well as a full physical. She made my visit most comfortable, and did a complete checkup, and asked me many questions concerning my health. She explained everything thoroughly and in depth. Upon entering the office; I was greeted right away by the friendly receptionists, and felt an immediate positive aura. The MA's were very friendly, and made my whole stay pleasant, and comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful experience! =)

Talking to the doctor is pleasant, but it's after the visit is over that you realize that you came in with high blood pressure and she did nothing. No meds control, no new scripts, zero. Blood was drawn for lab work, but no one called with results. Maybe she had an off day, maybe her staff needs some overhauling but what a disappointment. Guess I'll be looking for a new doc.

Not a good dr. She cannot speak. She says "like" more times than a 12 yo girl. Hard to understand her. "Its like, like, like looks like, like you have, like an infection, like, you need like, like an antibiotic like..." How can anyone take her seriously? The examining rooms are old and not well stocked. She gets distracted easily and you could be waiting for her for a long time. I had a fever and asked her to measure, her response was that they do not do that in their office. Really? dr. office doesnt have a thermometer?
