Terrible place since SNCH took over. The clerical staff does NOT care at all about the patients.The radiology itself is fine. Too bad Dr Taverna left. She was the beast!

Poorly run facility. Too bad because Dr Taverna is an excellent physician. She no longer owns it since SNCH took it over. There is NO management! That 's why it is so poorly run and no one who works there cares about the patients.

Awful! Staff is rude. I had 2 separate Mammography appointments (a year apart) BOTH times their machine wasn't working and they never called me in advance to tell me so I left work early both times for nothing. I have been the only person in the waiting room and STILL waited 45 minutes! Also, when you call to make an appointment you spend most of your time on hold. When a person does pick up they are talking to other people at the same time. This is why I go to another radiologist which is a shame since this place is right up the street from my house.

I travel up to Dr. Taverna's office from Daytona Beach FL every year for diagnostic tests. The radiologists I have come across down here would NEVER write a lengthy report, only what is asked for by your physcian! If it wasn't for Dr Taverna's excellent detailed report, I might have died because of a "questionable spot" (not asked for by my doc) she noted on the report. I asked my radiologist here in FL if he would have done the same. Well, his answer was not acceptable. I make sure of seeing Dr. Taverna. Plain and simple.

Dr. Taverna is one of the hardest working doctors i know. she comes early in the morning to do sonograms for patients such as myself requiring them. She is very compassionate and will speak to you if you have any questions and explains things well. She will speak to you on the phone if you have further questions. I highly recommend Dr. Taverna.
