Not fit to practice!

Dr Mundorf, if that really is what she should be called has slaughtered the reputation for that whole clinic. She told me that my anxiety disorder was not a medicine problem but spiritual one, then suggested I go to her church! I have repeatedly tried to find another provider to get away from this consistently rude woman and get proper care and when I find a doc, she calls them and tells them I am under her care and not to treat me! It’s like she is stalking me. She has left bazaar messages on my voicemail, then denied leaving them. Wow, I think she is on drugs herself. Man don’t go to this lady!!!

Dr. Mundorf really managed my mother’s health perfectly. Tru Care was always busy busy. Easy doc to talk to, Great Dr. I would definitely recommend her to everyone.

This relates to the one I wrote concerning the idea that I didn't need a mammogram because I was 79. IT'S A GOOD THING I DID NOT LISTEN. Today I went for further study and the is new area in my left breast that has to be viewed again in 6 months. I sure hope others who were told not to have a mammogram DID NOT TAKE HER ADVICE.

Very easy to talk to about issues, she gives excellent medical treatment and follows through with phone calls I would highly recommend

Dr Mundorf should have a minus 10. !!!! Told me to my face that I did NOT need a mammogram because I was 79 years old. Breast Cancer in my family - 9 females (6 died and 2 in remission) Mother, 3 aunts, 1 cousin and sister died, the others are a cousin and niece are in remission). I insisted and had the mammogram and today I got a letter that I need a further test of my left breast. I had other issues but this one is OUTRAGEOUS !!!!

Not sure what everyones problem is here. just the opposite of all the others here. Dr. Sanai spoiled his patients and like my Mom when they dont want want a spoon of medicine... boo hoo. She did great considering she was thrown in to pick up the pieces of Tru Cares mess

Im very blessed to find a caring Dr that listen to you and spend time with you. She cares so much. I Highly recommend her.

Too bad I had to give her a 1 rating, she deserves a ZERO. Although I know as a new doctor to the practice, she had to review a patients history, but had no right to question procedures that took place 25+ years ago and become argumentative over why certain procedures took place and questioning the practice of doctors I have been seeing for 25+ years vs. the 10 minutes I sat with her. Insisted that I take something for high cholesterol, even after I stated numerous times that I cannot take meds that contain a statin and again questioned me over and over about the side effects I get from these drugs. She also wanted to remove medications from my file that stated allergic or side effects to prior prescriptions since I could not automatically remember what happen when taking the medication. Who does this? There is a reason as to why it is listed in my file, just like the statin medication. She first appears to be calm and caring, but don't disagree with her opinion or question her, she… gets extremely defensive. Won't be returning and it is ashamed, since the staff there is wonderful. May need to drive the 1+ hr to continue to see Dr. Sanai. She is a bad fit for the practice he had at TruCare.
