I would not even give her 1 star. It appears the program is giving 5 stars, regardless of what I chose. 1 Star I would highly recommend you find another doctor. This doctor is just another prescription writer. She does not care about your pain, or overall health needs. She acts as if, she is only there for a paycheck. She does not call patients back, if they have an issue with pain, or medications. She's arrogant, and condescending. She will not let patients schedule appointments in advance, because as she states “she doesn’t know if she will be there next month”. She is clearly unhappy with her current position. It appears she was transferred from the Rockville office, and openly expresses her discourse for her current position. She has labeled patients whom have chronic pain, and is very condescending about the nature of their pain. She is not there to help you find a solution to control your chronic pain. She gives you less than 15 minutes to say how you’re doing with… you pain, and medication, while she stares at her computer screen, and inputs your prescriptions. I honestly do not think she is even listening to you. When she completes that task; your time is up. I’ve been told by nurses at this location, they receive a monthly bonus, for the number of patients over 4 per hour they see. One nurse at the location quit, because she did not get a bonus one month. Another nurse left, because she was disgusted with the facilities practices of seeing anyone with money, and not really treating patient’s health needs. Patients have been at this location for up to 10 years, and have never seen the doctor, who’s name is on the top of the door. If you’d like to be labeled, and just want to get some narcotics, this may be the place you can get that done. If you truly wish help with managing pain, go somewhere else. They have made a business out of creating lifelong patients. This is a money-making business; not a place to go for healthcare.
