Dr Chen She made me feel so comfortable.Explained everything.I would recommened her to my family and friends.

I have two herniated discs, one of which has caused me severe pain for 15 months. While Dr Chen has been willing to give me shots, I feel as if she could do something further to figure out what's going on. I don't want more meds, I want to know what's wrong and figure out a way to fix it. Also, her practice has this annoying habit of having a fellow come in for 10-15 minutes to evaluate you and then that person leaves. S/he confers with Dr Chen and they come back. You end up telling her exactly what you told the fellow. And you tend to get a different fellow every time you're there (which for me was every 2 months or so). They're nice enough and explain things well but I don't love that aspect. Yes, I realize it's a teaching hospital but still.... While the nurse sees you pretty much at your appointment time and see the fellow shortly thereafter, you tend to wait quite awhile to see Dr. Chen herself.
