the offce management has been terrible you sit on hold for 30 min to talk to someone. No one ever calls you back and they are just rude. Now because Dr. Davis is a great dr. I have put up with it. But today was the last straw, I made in apt. With there call center last night was told that my apt would be at 1pm. I took the 35 min trip to Daniel Island only to be told that I had no apt. The offce manger was rude and could careless about fixing the situation she said Dr daves could not see me and the only way she talks to her patient is when she sees them. Will not tall by phone? This is the first time in my life a medical offce has told me this. So I waited 30 min for a number to call a make a complaint, made that call hr and half ago still waiting the person name is Brenda. I will geting a new doctor

Lucy Davis is an excellent PCP. She's caring, patient, knowledgeable and very professional. Her staff is generally very good and friendly despite what seems to be a high turnover. The only negative thing is that Dr Davis is almost always behind schedule. Expect at least an hour wait from your scheduled appointment.

Dr. Davis exudes compassion, and is a good, attentive listener, which helps her see the big picture. While other doctors might be looking at the clock or a computer or writing, she is spending quality time with her patient. She is very current, but her bedside manner is old fashioned. Perfect.

Office staff isn't great, but she is wonderful!
