Lucy Rideout, FNP

Lucy Rideout is a Family Nurse Practitioner who enjoys providing exceptional care for patients of all ages. She has extensive experience in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a wide variety of both medical and psychiatric disorders and understands the impact of chronic disease on mental health. Lucy recognizes that true health is more than just the absence of physical disease and strives to help patients live their very best lives through personalized treatment modalities that support mental health. It is her professional goal to empower patients by presenting holistic, multimodal treatment options and utilizing shared decision-making to assist patients in choosing the treatment(s) that will best meet their individual needs.

Lucy completed her undergraduate degree in Nursing Science at Northern Arizona University. She then earned her Master of Science in Nursing at Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. She completed her post-master’s education at Georgetown University, graduating …with honors as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has served the Portland community since 2015 and understands the unique healthcare needs of our region. She welcomes people of all ages, cultures, and religions, including those in our vibrant LGBTQIA+ community.

When she is not working, Lucy loves spending time with family, traveling, reading, baking, and is pursuing an additional certification in Functional Medicine.
