She is an amazing doctor. She is caring and patient. Highly recommend.

Terrible experience with this practice and the office staff in particular. The doctor prescribes unnecessary blood tests which are not covered by insurance as a part of an annual physical exam. They never return the calls and do not want to solve any issues. Do not recommend this doctor to anyone.

The way her office works with you is pretty bad and ugly

Waited 45 minutes in the waiting room and then another 20 in the office! I was ready to leave because all i needed is referral! She is very passive and don’t really suggest much! If you really need medical help this is not the dr for you! She won’t offer you much unless you ask yourself ! I was really disappointed with the care.

Time management in doctor Ridlovsky office is unacceptable. On my last appointment I just left the office after waiting for an hour. No one apologized, no one looked very bothered by the fact that I just wasted an hour of my life and didn't get the service.

Dr. Ridlovsky is a very good dr. She has a great personality and temperament. She's not condescending or critical. She listens and then talks. Unfortunately there have been quite a few changes in the staff area. The original staff (heather was the best ) was quick and efficient. This staff doesn't know enough about insurance and referrals. I would pay heather to come back !!!!

3 years and still no one has come close to being the same since Heather has left . Phone calls not returned , dr not able to stay on time . The stress she is under is very obvious. Is the staff good ? Sure , but not like Heather was . She was tough but fair . I had to leave the office

Dr Ridlovsky has always been, kind, professional , sympathetic and patient with me . Her diagnosis has always been accurate. My appointments have never been rushed , I have been seeing her for fours years Yes occasionally I might have to wait a little but what Dr's office doesn't ?? The receptionist is fine does she always know the answer no, but she ensures you they will find the answer . Carolyn is very knowledgeable and helpful .

this is not what it used to be ... Her husband works there , her son does to ..... They are horrible . I miss the old staff !!!! Dr ridlovsky used to spend time with you, now people knock on her door to let her know times up !!!! And they discuss test results right in the hallway !!!!
