Dr. Ludmila O Trammell, MD

For one, if you can actually get an appointment that isn't a month or more in the future, consider yourself lucky. But not really because once you see her, you will be brushed off like you are lying about being sick. My experience with her, she used to be a good doctor a long time ago, I've seen her for years, but the last encounter I had was rediculous. I had been having reoccurring bouts of strep throat and upper respiratory infections for about 2 months, I had gone to the immediate care clinic twice for it because I could not get an appointment at the doctor's office that wasn't WAY in the future and I was miserably sick. The clinic prescribed me the Z-pack anitibiotic at the first visit (which is what I always get prescribed for everything because I'm allergic to pennicillin) it did not clear up my illness so I went back to the clinic and got prescribed a stronger antibiotic (can't remember the name of it) which fixed my illness. Well, a month later I came down with it again and… actually got an appointment at Dr. Trammell's office the same week. Well I explained to her what I've been going through the past month and how the immediate care clinic treated it. She wanted to give me the Z-pack again, I told her I wanted something stronger because the z-pack didn't work last time (also, if you are given the same antibiotic many times, you become immune to it and it will not help you, which I suspect is my issue with Z-pack) and she started asking all these questions like why I wanted something stronger and on and on making me feel like a drug addict asking for narcotics. She made me feel humiliated about being sick and asking for stronger antibiotics. I will never go back to her again. I would much rather pay the higher co-pay and go to the immediate care clinic, they at least treat me like a normal person and listen to how I feel.

My mother and I have been going to Dr. Trammell for years, a couple of years ago my mom started to feel lower abdominal pain and it progressed quickly. Dr. Trammell worte a script for pain medicine and dismiss her. Within the past year my mother has seen Trammell many times still complaining and Trammell eventually listened and had my mother undergo THREE colonospys and indospopys. We moved doctors and the doctor told her to get an x-ray write away. They fould a growth on her spine tucked in with a bundle of nerves with a simple x-ray. If Dr. Trammell had stopped and followed protocol my mother would have been pain free for years instead of having a growth growing on her spine!

I have tried several times in the last couple months to be seen by Dr. Ludmilla Trammell, I have been horribly sick and needed seen by my doctor only to be told that she is booked up and cannot fit me in at all by her or any other doctor in the office and to go to the ER or Immediate Care Center. I am very disappointed in the lack of care and service, this has happend several times. I have never heard of a doctor than cannot try to squeeze a patient in that is severely sick and needs to be seen by there doctor immediately. Any other doctor always tries to find a way to get you in if you are really sick. I am finding a new doctor that is reliable and cares about there patients.
