Disappointed with Dr. Ionescu and Arch Health. Unethical billing practices! I visited Dr. Ionescu only once for my annual checkup. I wanted to take a referral for a blood test and TB screening for parent volunteers in my kids’ school. I didn't have any health complains. I was billed for level 5 visit (it's maximum) Billing center rejected to change code to preventive medicine according to my visit notes. I was also surprised to see in visit notes that Dr. Ionescu advised me about women’s health. It's still a secret for me how she could do since I wasn't undressed and didn't bring any medical records for my very first visit. Apparently, it was all based on my endocrinologist’s visit abroad I told her about. Arch Health care is a mystery organization. I could not find any information about office manager or how to send email with questions or complaints. Billing center told that I can communicate only by mail.

Dr. Ionescu is the best doctor I have seen for many years. She has extraordinary analytical skills, thinks fast and treats you as real caregiver. She is really listening to complaints and gave me the right diagnosis after many years of suffering. Thank you doctor!

She has very good bed side manners. She gave correct diagnosis after I suffered with my problem for 32 years assuming my problem was side effect of medication. I am impressed.
