This was the best Drs. Visit I have ever experience. Dr. Khaury is very pleasant, knowledgeable, and spent as much time as I needed..His staff Jamie and Anthony were beyond awesome with me. Having white coat syndrome I was going to cancel, I am so glad I didn’t...Thank you all again for a very pleasant visit in your Utica office..

Dr. Khoury is the most knowledgeable Dr. I have ever met. He is very compassionate and cares greatly about his patients. He is easy to talk to and ask questions. He explains in detail one's problem and how to resolve it. I highly recommend him as he is the most qualified allergist in the area.

if you got medicaid you must wait a lot. He doesn't want you in his office.

If you want a doctor who has no respect for his patients' time then this doctor is for you. Expect 90 min wait times, and this, the first appointment after lunch. This is a doctor who routinely comes into the office after 2:00 pm, while scheduling four patients for 1:00 appointments. Expect unnecessary testing and too frequent appointments, all to pad the practice's pockets. If you need allergy shots, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!

Very disappointed with the physician and his office staff. I have never been to a place that was so unprofessional. I will never go back there are many other allergists who are available.

The staff in the office are efficient and professional, and handled my antsy toddler exceptionally well. however, Dr. Khoury spent only a few minutes (of a 2.5 hour ordeal) speaking to us. He did not explain anything accurately or sufficiently. He did not listen to my questions-- including "will the use of this epipen you're prescribing be safe for my toddler with a major heart condition?" He blew the question off, then said if her school needed documentation to keep the epi-pen, he would sign it. 1 week later, we sent the request to him. He flatly refused to sign it, and eventually told the preschool nurse that he wouldn't sign it because he "didn't want to be responsible for the decision to use the epipen." He would not speak with me about this, and refused to stand behind the prescription he wrote. We cancelled all future appointments with him and have since found a more responsible doctor to help our daughter. In addition, the wait in the waiting room was extensive (over an hour… after the appointed time, even though we were early to arrive) and there is no space or toys for children.
