Dr. Luella Grigg Churchwell, MD

Very caring, very accurate and reasonably priced. The time necessary to get an appointment should substantiate good ratings and renounce bad ones.

Dr. Churchwell is AWESOME! She took time to review my concerns and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend her!

Dr. Louella immediately recognized a dangerous spot which turned out to be a melanoma on my daugter's leg. Because of her thorough examination of my daughter and the treatment she prescribed, my daughter has had no recurrences of the melanoma. She continues to check her regularly.

Dr. Churchwell has the bedside manner of a mop handle. She also is apparently a lot more interested in talking clients into having moles removed so she can bill their insurance for the surgery rather than being honest with the client. In my case, a mole removal that she said would "leave a tiny white scar" actually left a very ugly scar that a competent dermatologist had to work on a year later. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor.

The doctor is nice enough, but her staff is incredibly rude. She has lost many patients because of this. You have to wait at least 3 months for an appointment.

I have been going to Dr. Churchwell for more than 15 years now. She is a wonderful doctor who listens carefully and has a great bedside manner. The waiting room time is a little long but I think that's bc Dr. Churchwell takes additional time if needed with her patients.
