I was able to get an appointment very quickly and Dr. Semmes listened to my concerns, answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable and clear in her diagnosis.

She was so helpful and answered all my questions.

My appointment was at 10:45 AM. I arrived at 10:30. I was prepared to leave at 11:55 because I was “fed up” since I had not been called to see the doctor but as I was telling the secretary I wanted to reschedule my appointment she told me “they are ready to see you nowI!”! Finally I was visited by Dr Burke (not Dr Semmes, who I thought I had an appointment with) at 12:00 noon for my 10:45 appointment! I had noticed that several patients who had arrived after I did had been called before me, which infuriated me! I was later told that someone had placed my folder in the wrong place and that’s why I wasn’t called. They apologized! Very bad impression for my first visit! I appreciated the information that Dr Burke gave me but not sure I will return because of the “wait”! Another patient told me “they are always late. One time I waited 2 hours for my appointment “! I find it really unfortunate that some doctors do not respect other people’s time. I recently moved into this area and… fortunately, I have not had this problem with any of the 4 physicians that I have had appointments with for other medical problems! Why can’t this office properly schedule appointments?

Dr. Semmes is very easy to talk to and understanding ... not a 5 due to wait time, practice is very busy!
