please do yourself a favor and don't come to this office, they have horrible service, specially office staff, they hardly answer the phone, they do not call you back with results , I called numerous time to speak to the dr. for results and never received a call back, I had to go in person and pick up my results. Front office personnel incompetent , feel bad for Dr. Acosta who is a very pleasant doctor, but needs to change his office staff.

I have had nothing but problems dealing with the office staff. They loose any information that I fax to them. They tried to charge me for completing a wellness form for my health benefits. I had a change in medicine that is covered by my insurance and they could not even help me. Stay away at all costs!!!

Dr Luis Acosta is one of the best doctors I have ever had. Doctor Acosta respect people, support people with the best available information,, promote health and follow up treatment with a patient.

Dr. Acosta is a great doctor, but his office does not follow up, I am considering changing doctors based on his office.

Dr Acosta is great, when you can see him. His staff, especially his office manager is extremely rude and has no idea about patient services! I think her name is Minerva, but I do not remember names of people I do not respect! She is not organized or diligent at her job. Because of the rudeness and the do not care about the patients attitude, is why i am seeking another physician!

The Dr is okay, his level of care has declined significantly over the past few years. His office staff is rude. Especially his office manager, Malena. She is extremely rude and disrespectful. Dr Acosta is aware but does not get rid of her because she is his relative. It's too bad... as he was once a great doctor who actually cared about his patients.

Extremely unprofessional office staff. I've never even seen the Dr. only the PA who is actually very good - he handles the basics etc., and I've been going there for years. Nothing serious going on with me, but should I have serious issued I'm finding another Dr.
