Dr. Luis Alonso, MD

Exceptional bedside manner , very experienced. Well educated! Top notch

Our children have been with Dr. Alonso for 10 years; their entire lives. There have been many times that we have had to wait, but the one constant has been the doctor's and staff's obvious care about my children. Since day one Dr. Alonso has taken time with them, held them, told them how much he cares about them, and has made it clear to them they are important to him. We have never had to wait for an appointment; they are always able to "squeeze" you in, which explains the wait at times. He has been a constant source of help to our family. When the office became more "corporate", his personal approach did not change. The only change we noticed was a bit less relaxed atmosphere in the waiting room. That's about it. I wouldn't bring my kids anywhere else.

Dr. Alonso sent my kid to take redundant tests & services, even some of tests made my kis to expose to risk. In stead of spending time to analysis and to monitor patients' health, he sends patients to take a lot of tests, which makes it easier for him, or safer, but painful and risk exposed to the family and patient.

It's not the drs that are so awful at this practice per se, but the office staff. We've had multiple issues with the office personnel and the nurses, including one who insisted my egg anaphylactic son have a flu shot (that contains egg). Office staff are rude and completely unhelpful. They used to be a great office before they went "corporate". Now the staff couldn't care less. It's all about the payment, not the patients. Sad. Would definately NOT recommend.
