Dr. Luis Angel Armstrong III, MD

I’m from out of town and ended up in the hospital. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect by a doctor in my life. I’d go to a Veterinarian before I’d ever see this doctor again!

In the past two weeks I have had a colonoscopy and an Endoscopy both with Dr. Armstrong. I can not say enough about what a fantastic experience I had. Dr. Armstrong, as well as his staff, were very personable. He took the time to explain things and had a great personality. He was very prompt and the Endoscopy Center was very efficient and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Armstrong for either of these procedures.

After 6 months had sharp pain finally went away

Stay far away from this horrible Dr! He is a rude, condescending, know it all dr with a God complex so big I can’t believe his head fits through the door. He has no regard for patient concerns or history. He asks a question and when you answer, he interrupts and talks over you. When talking he asked if I am done yet! During the conversion I couldnt hear him Because he was mumbling and when I asked if he had some _____ , he raised his voice at me and mocked me, saying THATS WHAT I SAID!! I could not believe it. Then when I was explaining my previous medical history he scoffed and said he didn’t care or need to know! Incredibly rude and I’ve never felt so disrespected by a Doctor in my entire life. If you’re reading this Mr. Armstrong, you have horrible bedside manners and I wouldn’t go to you if you were the last dr on earth! You are just a human being with an education, no better than anyone else. What a joke!

I would drive 60 miles to go see him and meds were not working. He kept prescribing the same thing. I drew the line when on my last visit, he did not even walk into the patient room. From the door he just told me to keep taking my meds and he would see me next time. Money wasted for nothing. I never went back. Later another Dr. diagnosed me with severe ulcerative colitis and Dr. Armstrong said it was mild.

Dr. Armstrong was not very polite. He is rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend him to anyone.

He was awful! After the procedure he did not talk to me, I called the office because I was having bad abdominal pain after the procedure and I did not get a call back. He never called to schedule a follow up, I have no idea what the results showed. We never addressed the stomach issues I was having. He clearly does not care about the patients needs.

Dr Armstrong is an extremely rude man; his bedside manner is very poor. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy.
