Waited over 2 hours to see the doctor. Not satisfied at all with the care they gave my father. He wasn’t even thorough with him for him being a diabetic patient.Very disappointed with the service he was given.

If I could put 0 I would!!! I came to follow up after my hospital stay so I could get referrals for orthopedic care after breaking my femur 10 days ago in another state. Dr. Bieler looks at his lpn and says she doesn’t need an orthopedic doctor does she. When I asked for some pain medication he says doesn’t everyone want pain medication and laughs needless to say when I got to the pharmacy there was no prescription called in. Now I have to wait for a return call. This is a very short description of everything that took place today! Let’s see if you put this review together.

On this day I waited one hour and then I had to go give blood so I was there for over 2hrs thank you But I like the doctor

I think I found my forever doctor. I’m a new patient. I didn’t know what to expect.. number one, he listened. He didn’t rush through the appointment. I left my appointment feeling good and not frustrated and that meant a lot!
