Dr. Luis A Cisneros, MD

Dr. Cisneros was my infectious disease doctor for about 1&1/2 years and he had great bedside manners. He reassured me about my diagnosis that I had come in at a good time and always had positive and encouraging things to say to me. Dr. Cisneros always took time out with me and thoroughly explained and went over my labs with me. I'm doing very well to this day with HIV because I just happened to stumble across a doctor who enjoyed his patients and knew how to empathize with patients. Dr. Cisneros set the gold standard of care for me as a patient- Thank You!

Extremely rude and lacked any sort of professionalism and bedside manner. This doctor discharged my wife who was vomiting for nearly 12 hours and was unable to keep anything down including all of the medicines he ordered, she became hypotensive and very weak and he told her that she had to leave and if she continued to vomit that she needed to go back to the emergency room. As an ER nurse that works in the same hospital as Dr. Cisneros, I am appalled by the treatment and know for a fact, that this is not the standard of care of a physician of the Cleveland Clinic. When I told Dr. Cisneros how disappointed I was for the way he cared for my wife he said “I don’t care, report me!”

Great doctor and staff. Very compassionate.
