Luis Colato, MD

Dr. Colato performed a pacemaker surgery on my 86yo mother. He was SO patient and thorough in his explanation of the procedure. He took his time and allowed to to ask all the questions she had. He gave us the time to ask all of our questions. He never pressured us into anything. My mom said that when she went into surgery she was anxious, but when she heard Dr. Colato’s voice, she felt a calmness come over her. I can’t thank him enough for his outstanding bedside manner and personal interest he showed in her. His skill level was amazing and the surgery ceased a huge success. What an EXCELLENT doctor. I highly recommend him, especially for older patients.

Had a 9am appointment as a new customer, arrived at 845am, was still waiting at 945am to be called back. Asked the receptionist "How much longer?" she said I was next, which was not the question I asked. I asked them to please have the Dr. call me when he would like to reschedule the appt. with new customer., have not heard back yet, been a week, don't really expect to hear back.

Dr. Colato took great care of my mother a few years ago. I have been trying to make an appointment for myself and it has not been easy! I called received a recording asking me to leave a message with my contact information. I did not get a call back. I called again and have been on hold for 10 minutes. This is ridiculous!

Used him as he was listed as cardiologist, now has Internal Medicine as speciality. Did not take pulse or listen to heart--this after a valve replacement. Was in big hurry, with back up of patients.

Very Professional

It was by pure luck that I came to know Dr. Colato. He was the Doctor on call when I came in to the ER at the hospital. I could not have asked for a better Doctor...he is an Excellent Doctor and very caring...I would very much recommend him!

The Doctor was Great! And his staff was outstanding!
