If you get in trouble and have not went to court yet . He will cut you off your medication. Even though you have not been to court yet . And you are innocent !!! Of the charges.!! Water quack !

The dr. is very caring and he listens to you and explains so you can understand. He takes the time to go over things with you

I have been with Dr Fernandez for over 10yrs now. He took great care of my parents . Very compassionate, take his time with you . Listens to everything you have to say . Dr Fernandez genuinely cares for his patient's. His staff is outstanding . His PA Mary which is see most of the time is the best . I have worked in the medical field for 40yrs . I have seen the good and bad. Dr Fernandez and his staff are exceptional. You could not ask for anyone better to take of you or a loved one. Thank So Much for being thier for myself and loved ones.

I made an appointment with Dr. Fernandez to have a red spot frozen on my face. He agreed that the spot needed to be treated because he said it was pre-cancerous. He froze the area and I assumed he had treated the correct spot until I looked in the mirror.....he froze a spot RIGHT NEXT TO the red spot. The area that he treated had NO problem. I made another appointment to have him treat the correct spot a day later. He REFUSED to treat the correct spot and actually argued with me. He told that he had treated it because he file said so but it was OBVIOUS by looking at it that it had not been treated. The area that he treated had a blister and the red spot didn't. 2 days wasted and I still have to see another doctor to have the spot treated. Very unprofessional

It takes 3 trys to get scripts renewed by pharmacy. One event took almost 3 weeks. In 4 years I have never seen the Dr. only the nurse asst. The only thing that takes place is her reading my lab report. I have waited one month and have yet to get a as promised for a endocrinologist.

He a terrific doctor who listen

Although Dr. Fernandez is an excellent doctor, it is close to impossible to get an appointment with him as he is always booked for weeks. If you are going to his office, I recommend you wait those weeks as the other doctor, Desiree is awful. She prescribed me medicine that didn't work and cost me a lot of money, I ended up going to the walk-in clinic down the road and getting appropriate medicine that worked instantly. I feel as if she is rushing you out and could carealess about anything but the money. Just my opinion. About a week and a half ago I went in for an appointment and was 10 minutes late to see Dr. Fernandez's physican assistant (as you all know if you have drove on 41 you know the insane amount of traffic everyday) and was turned away because they had to "go to lunch". In my opinion that was EXTREMELY unprofessional and they weren't friendly about it either, in fact they were insanely rude. His staff sucks! I never see a smile on their faces, just a scrowl as you walk up… to the front desk. I always feel rushed out of there. Needless to say after my last visit I will be finding a new doctor.

Dr. Fernandez is by far the most caring, understanding, and genuine doctor I have ever meet. He truly takes his time with patients and listens to our concerns. His PA and Nurse practioner are also great. It also makes it easier that his staff is so thorough. I would definitely recommend this doctor and his staff. My family and I will be seeing Dr. Fernandez for years to come.

This was the worst experiance that I ever had with a Doctor. Never got to see him saw some dumb assistant. His staff are complete idiots and couldn't find the way out of a paper bag.
