i have been his patience for 6 years or so the service went in the last 2 years down the drain.i .had a blood test and waited for him or some one to call me with the results still waiting i know more people who just left the place . he is never there . do your self a favor find a doctor that care about you !

By recommendation, I sought to be a patient of this doctor. I got two appointments that were later canceled without real justification. They tricked me into recommending appointments with an expertise nurse, which in the end, cost me more than seeing a specialist. The clinic lacks technical possibilities (There are no possibilities to receive or send an email), and the workers who provide the service to the public are arrogant, impersonal and they don't give a sh** about their patients, but we are those who help them bring bread home. Of course we deserve respect. Por recomendacion, busqué ser paciente de éste doctor. Obtuve dos citas que luego fueron canceladas sin una justificacion real. Me engañaron recomendandome citas con una enfermera experta, que al final me costó mas caro que ver a un especialista. La clinica carece de posibilidades tecnicas (No hay posibilidades de recibir o enviar un correo electronico), y las personas que prestan el servicio al publico son arrogantes,… impersonales y les importa un cu** los pacientes, que son los que les estan ayudando a llevar el pan a sus casas. Por supuesto que merecemos respeto.

DR. GUTIERREZ IS SUCH A PERSONABLE DOCTOR AND HE TAKES HIS TIME. HE ASKS QUESTIONS AND HE LISTENS. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH HIM AS A PHYSICIAN AND THE CARE HE OFFERS.

Been seeing Dr. Gurtierrez since 2008 and I have nothing bad to say, only good. I always say, you can't please everyone. 5 star Dr.

Este dr. Es un mentiroso, no conoce la ética,,, y algunos de el personal de laboratorio o por lo menos los que hacen las llamadas para dar los resultados de exámenes hechos por ellos,,, son INCOMPETENTES,,, resulta que el primer examen de orina que me hice,, me salió con un poco de sangre y me dicen que es normal,,, PERO YO, le dije que me lo quería hacer de nuevo, porque no parece que eso sea normal, ok, me lo hice de nuevo ahí mismo,,, llamo para que me den el resultado y me dicen que salió bien, que esta normal esta vez!!! Pero yo seguía con la molestia y decidí ir a pedir los resultados en papel para verlos yo. En donde me sale que no están NORMAL. Pido hablar con el dr. Y me manda para el hospital diciéndome que ya son tres semanas con ese problema y que no se explica cómo una persona de su equipo me llama para decirme que todo está normal. Pues me manda para el hospital porque supuestamente estaba en guardia el sábado y ahora domingo en la mañana,,y que pudiera hablar con el,… cosa que el sabía que no pasaría porque el nunca llegaría, puesto que la política de el hospital no lo permitiría,,, porque el no estaba de turno.... y supuestamente el estaría ahí y el llamaría al urólogo, para yo no tener que esperar hasta mañana lunes 5 /nov. para que me dieran una cita,,, y de “esa manera” yo saliera rápido de mi situación. Sin tener que esperar una cita. Les recomiendo que no se dejen llevar por esas llamadas diciendo que todo está bien,, pidan ustedes mismos ver los resultados y cuando el dr. Luis Gutierrez Lea diga vaya al hospital que allá los veo yo. Piénselo día veces si le hace caso,, gracias a Dios que tengo un buen seguro y espero que no vaya hacer mucho lo que me toque pagar por ir a perder toda la mañana en el hospital. Por sus mentiras y falta de ética.

Additionally he cannot acknowledge that there are many illnesses that aren't easily diagnosable by simple blood tests or radiology. Therefore, not only will he not treat he will not make proper referals. He is very opinionated about medicine and will only prescribe what he deems appropriate even if other specialists have written for you otherwise. Good luck having him hear anything you say.

The staff isn't great, but I've been a patient of Dr Gutierrez (both docs) for over 6 years. Dr Luis is amazing, however. I'm willing to put up with his temporary, people (it will stabilize eventually) to get his wisdom. He is worth it, I promise! He is incredible my gentle and loves people!

I have been a patient with Dr. Gutierrez since he took over for the previous Doctor. (I was a patient with that office for almost 20 years.) Many of my family members also see Dr. Gutierrez. I have been extremely disappointed with the wait time to see the doctor. I don't mind seeing the nurse practitioner on occasion but I would like to see the doctor without having to wait over a month. If it is not bad enough to wait over a month, I have to deal with his rude, incompetent staff. I think the doctor would be very surprised and upset, to say the least, if he was aware of the way his staff treated his patients. (Particularly Daisy) When you stop treating people with care or compassion you do not need to be in the medical field. Many of my family members feel the same way and have experienced the same treatment.
