Horrible customer service. I left two messages to make an appointment and find out more information about the office/ dentist as a new patient. They never called me back. When I finally called for the third time, the receptionist was rude and unwilling to assist. If this is my first experience with your office, I am terrified of what it would be like if I could actually make an appointment!

Dr. Guzman has been wonderfully patient and attentive to all my dental needs. I am now in the process of repairing a few issues I have avoided due to my intense fear of the dentist. He makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. Spends plenty of time explaining procedures and issues, and will never move on unless you completely understand. I am so glad I found this office!

My daughter was VERY scared for her general cleaning but Dr. Guzman made her feel extremely comfortable by talking to her and explaining things that he was going to do before he did it. He was also very thorough. There was no wait which was a plus!

Dr. Guzman is an excellent dentist. His receptionist is not very helpful and not always professional
