He saved my life in two occasions. What else can I add?

Even though the wait was longer than expected, the doctor apologized for being behind schedule that day. He was incredibly sweet, caring and considerate of my elderly mother. He took the time to alleviate her worries and cheer her up. He explained her condition to us and made sure we understood. He was realistic without being harsh and more empathy than Ive seen displayed by doctors in a very long time. He had treated my mother almost 30 years prior as a much younger doctor and he earned my mother's respect and admiration curing her of her first bout with bladder cancer. A cat scan from her primary care doctor recently revealed a mass in her bladder. My mother's first response was to look for Doctor Maggiolo. We were ecstatic to find out that he was still in practice at the same location almost 30 years later. We are confident that my mother is in the best hands.

Horrible staff enviroment, incompetent people working there with poor customer service skills, doctor is very inconsiderate in explaining a condition to the patient.
