this doctos does not follow up porperly hsi patients post operation and he does not know how to treat pain post op. I will not recommend him

I have been seeing this Doctor for 3 years of which he was unable to diagnose me properly. My husband suggested an exam that he denied 2 years ago and now that Ive had another doctor request it and complete it turns out there is something wrong. His staff is very good about speaking softly but refuse to do their job making it a mission to get things resolved, the two main personnel Jenny and Martha are the biggest problem there as the rest of the staff is amicable. Jenny for a while was my go to person but I suppose due to stress is no longer reliable.It took me 3 years to get this Doctor to start listening and I was unable to change him as It would put me back to square one, he is nice but doesnt really listen to you until much later. After paying in cash to see him and receiving my labs back which are worrisome to say the least I requested Jenny to please make the order for my MRI A.S.A.P for which she retorted I have other patients and dont have time to do it at least till next… week ,I explained my problem and after much back [me calling the lab personnel, calling my insurance then calling her back to explain why it was necessary to have the test requested} she handed me to Martha who stated that Jenny no longer wanted to speak to me, I explained the situation to her and she stated I will make the order for you but after today we will no longer take you and will be dropping you from our practice. Never have I had to deal with such incompetence, lack of respect, sympathy and empathy and these are the people that are suppose to be taking care of my health.
