This Dr. Performed a hysterectomy on me. He destroyed my body. I have two prolapses which will only get worse with time and will require surgeries to fix them. All they can say is that it is one of the risks. But really It is one of the risks of a careless job. And in FL Doctors are protected by the laws. This Dr did not care about my life! I will never be the same. Also I went into severe menopause after surgery. I kept my ovaries but was never warned that they would stop functioning after 3 months. I have suffered emotionally and physically as never before.

I had a hysterectomy two years ago by Dr Mendez.I was referred to him and even though I was hesitant about having surgery as soon as I met him I felt confident and secure.He explained the procedure very well .Before the surgery he came to my bed and talked to me to esse my nervousness. His bedside manner is exceptional and his compassion shows even in the way he speaks.A true professional.He followed up and was there whenever I needed him.I highly recommend him.
