WORST DR'S OFFICE EVER!!! I called and ask if they take my insurance before I schedule an appointment, I was told YES WE DO TAKE YOUR INSURANCE, so I gave my personal and insurance info and schedule the appointment for a month later. THE DAY BEFORE THEY CALLED ME AND CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT. I was rescheduled with the PA because to be seen by the Doctor I have to wait another month. THE WORST IS YET TO COME!!! AT THE OFFICE IN THE WAITING ROOM THEY TOLD ME THAT I CAN'T BE SEEN BECAUSE THEY DON'T ACCEPT MY INSURANCE!!!! Not only they make me wait 2 months but they made me go there just to tell me they do not accept my insurance. This is unacceptable. They better get it together and don't make anyone waste their time. If I could give minus a star I would.

Dr Narvaez is takes his tone yet over books to the degree of waiting 3 to 4 hours. His Nurse assistant Henry is always rude and short with us patients. He should jot be working there if he is going to abuse patients, with nasty looks and rude rough remarks. He should work elsewhere not for Broward Health.

Dr Narvaez’s new office is amazing. It’s a beautiful facility. The office front staff are nice and wonderful.Cindy Dr’s assistant is great she’s kind efficient and she works very hard to get referrals done. She’s Amazing. Kathy the Nurse Practitioner is very professional and very nice. The office is safe and careful in reference to Covid. Temperatures are taken and social distancing. The office is Very good. The reviews on this site are from another office. Everything is new and fresh.

I can’t get my prescription refilled. Waiting time to see the doctor is minimum of 1 1/2 hours. I will get a new PCP next month.

Herman is abusive he’s rude nasty unprofessional. He is a poor choice for this wonderful practice.

Dr Narvaez is a good doctor who will spend adequate time with his patients. However, the wait time is unexceptionable. You will wait a MINIMUM of one hour —up to two hours. They 100% overbook. As I am sitting in the waiting room and everyone complaining about wait time, another patient has the exact appointment time as me. Good doctor if you don’t mind blocking off 3 hours of your day for schedule appointment.

I love the doctor. However, his staff does not provide good customer service. Every time I need a refill, I have to ask the pharmacy to fax it three times and I have to call three or four days in a row to get a refill. This is absurd and I’m getting really tired of it. they have no sense of urgency !

Very disappointed... not able to get medications on time. Extremely long time spent in waiting room. Office manager does not return calls for weeks....

WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY OR ANY OF THE DOCTORS, THE STAFF AND NURSES ARE IGNORANT SERVICE IS POOR AND INVASION OF PATIENT PRIVACY WHEN IT COMES TO PERSONAL RECORDS

Regarding staff except his assistance, everybody else is not friendly
