Dr. Luis Joseph Navazo, MD

I wish I could give ZERO stars. In person, Dr. Navazo is a great guy, listens very well to my father (the patient), sensible recommendations. BUT, the lack of follow-up and horrendous response times (usually it too them several days, and about 50% of the time, we never even received a call back at all) delayed my father's care and resulted in unnecessary pain and depression. His staff claimed the never received reports from hospital, which was untrue and required unnecessary time and phone calls to straighten out. The 'kicker' was when Dad applied to a retirement community: A staff member used an *incorrect* diagnosis which resulted in him being rejected by the retirement community. Very disturbing that an incorrect medical report would be submitted!

No complete diagnosis at this point- awaiting further assigned tests for final assessment of condition for conclusive results/treatment. Initial approach/exam by Dr./staff reassuring.
