Firstable it seemingly that whom are given five start work or come from the same Novaderm. No one saying the staff are the worst and don't treat you the way you deserve are going to give 5 start. They must obviously reacted because the 1st person who gave his/her complain they obviously don't like it. So why no one wrote something better at first or before and they just did it right after the complaint if you notice the length of time between the first person who wrote and then the second person reacted why? when this website has so many years and an authentic patient or real person could said sometime way before the 1st person that wrote about or I would say victim because a doctor whom yell on me and disfigured skin I would not call him a Dr and neither the other Dr work there ( novaderm) that claim to be dermatologist which is a totally bullsh#$ hmm it make anyone wonders and doubt about his and their skills and their professionalism. I also wrote in another web page which is… alike this one and they erased all my comments, don't make you wonder why? I was another victim of novaderm I'm pretty young I'm on my 20s and my skin looks like a person who has 60yrs old. The person who wrote before that they only care to rip off your pocket is 100% right they are very greedy, liars, unethical,very unprofessional and as I figured out they where under suitcases before. It seems that I was another victim who was mislead and trusted them (novaderm) and since I'm not a Dr I believed them and all promises that they make to me that they would take care of what they did to me something that never happened. If I could I would not give not even a single star cuz they just don't darn deserve it, but this page doesn't allow me submit this comment unless I add a star.

Doctors is excellent, but appointments, office waiting and the front desk staff is the worst in world. Call for an emergency, reponse to wait 6 months for the appointment.

Stay away from novaderm and their staff, I went to this clinic for some resacea and I was told that I will get rid of them with a non invasive laser procedure which it was a huge lie. I paid a lot of money to end worse with all my face burned, I claimed to Dr espinosa about it and to try to solve my situation in a amicable way and he just let out yell insulting me that it couldn't be the laser because that laser is an non invasive laser. I still dealing with my burning skin trying to fixing back and it has cost me my self confidence, a lot of money and being depress all the time. All dr espinosa care is ur $ rip out ur pocker.

Although you have to wait a lot because of all his patients, he's a caring doctor and above all accurate in his diagnostic.I once was afraid to go outside because of my acne but now thanks to Dr.Ortiz my face is crystal clear.
