Dr. Luis J Sanchez-Robles, MD

My g.f. broke her ankle while in China. she was back a MONTH before she could get an appointment to see Dr. Sanchez. Unfortunately, my g.f. also has significant allergies. When we got to the office, she did cough a time or two in the waiting room. Before we got into the examining room, one of his nurses said to me " I don't know why you are here, we can't take care of you, our X-Ray machine is down and we cannot take X - Rays to see what she might need." When we got into the examining room, Dr. Sanchez very forcibly, asked me if my G.F. had a 'clearance' from CDC that she was Virus Free. CDC does not issue such letters ( p.s. a g.p. can give a letter that a patient is 'symptom free'). Even after I advised Dr. Sanchez that she was back in the U.S.A. for over a month, he responded with "She is Chinese, I will not treat her". "Get out of my office. Ask the girl for a refund of your co-pay." I am dumb founded! Because of this doctor, her ankle has healed incorrectly, and… she will walk with problems the rest of her life. We are reviewing a lawsuit, so really think twice with this doctor.

Since the first day I stepped into his office I felt welcomed. All staff is very friendly and do accommodations for your needs. Dr Sanchez explained everything to me very well. He treated me like we knew each other since ever. After the surgery he explained in detail my after care to my husband and I recuperated fast. My incision looks great also, it seems my scar won't be that visible. I'm very happy with his care.

Worst doctor ever, so rude, gives an attitude, doesn't care about any patients.
