I am very thankful for Dr. Vaccarello's fine expertise, caring manner, and excellent explanation of my surgery and ongoing care. I felt totally comfortable by his presence and thorough assessment. A fine man indeed!

If it wasn’t for Dr. Vaccarello I don’t believe I would still be here seven years after I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. He and his nurse were wonderful dealing with me and my family. He was the best!!

Beyond being a skilled surgeon, Dr. Luis Vaccarello is a kind and caring healer. I always felt that he was fully present with me and fully focused on my care. He encouraged, and was sensitive and responsive to my questions--during my office visits and through e-mail. Simply put—at every step in the process, I felt very well cared for which, I believe, is critical in the healing journey.

He was extremely kind, compassionate and provided information in which I think that I needed at the time. He may be a man of few words, but his kindness and work speak volumes. His cold hands means he has a warm heart. Highly recommended. He did not judge me, nor push me over issues I know I have, he only provided a positive, safe environment.

My Gyno in Athens found a very large tumor on my ovary. Told me he was sending me to no other than the best...Dr Vaccarello! I admit, upon first meeting him, I was a little taken by his bedside manner. He went over and beyond what another doctor might have done. He found I had Uterine cancer. I was terrified the day of surgery and he was like oh its no big deal and calmed me down. He took the HUGE tumor out and showed my family!! When I came to from the surgery, he was right there making sure I understood everything and checked on me everyday. My family and I love him! Thank you so much Dr. Vaccarello!!

My mother got recommended to him by local OBGYN because of heart problems and history of cancer. He was extremely rude because she did not have Cancer. She was in the hospital for 3 days and had to have 3 units of blood because of blood clots and lose of blood. However, this was not important to him.
