CAN NEVER GET A RETURN ON VOICE MQIL AND VOICE MAIL IS ALL YOU GET. I WORKED PROFESSIONALLY FOR 40 YEARS AND WOULD HAVE BEEN OUT THE FIRSTG MONTH WITH SERVICE LIKE THIS. TERRIBLE.

Dr V knows his stuff, very knowledgeable. Always willing to answer any questions and his staff has been very good to me. Always returning my calls and handling all insurance paperwork as needed.

His “scheduler” will not answer the phone or call you back! I’ve been waiting a week! The lady at the front desk apologies and simply says I can’t help you, only the scheduler can.....maybe he needs a new scheduler or she needs some help!

Did not ask right questions to rightly access my pain and ordered me a psychology test in 13 past and 2 were heart i was never asked to have one. spent about 15 minutes with me not enough time .

Dr. V. is wonderful, no complaints. But his office never answers the phone and when you leave messages, no one ever returns a call. This time I have been trying to schedule another procedure for a month. Only human I can talk to doesn't know how to do anything except transfer you to someone who never answers (the scheduler) and when you leave message, no one EVER returns the call. What the heck kind of way is this to run a business? I just wonder if he has any idea what is going on.

Excellent but unconventional.

Very nice looking, did not spend a lot of time examining me. Prescribed physical therapy and steroid injections. I did do the injections and received no relief. I was promised complete pain relief prior to getting the injections and I was promised the next injection would be the best. I did injections twice at 3 month intervals and was told to reschedule another injection. I told him no, He promised me two times I would be pain free and I felt that all I was getting was empty promises.

Nightmare!. Made fun of me when I came to see him after a breast cancer surgery that caused nerve damage and pain. I tried to explain what happened and he yelled, you were warned that the surgery would cause pain but you don't remember!! He wasn't there! I was crying. He mocked me. He said he would be right back and his nurse came in and was extremely rude. He never came back into the room. He seems to get off by torturing people. Making fun of a breast cancer survivor? Really??

Outstanding physician in all aspects: A true expert, compassionate and detail oriented

Horrible doctor. I have extensive nerve damage so I went to see if he could help me with injections or something. No compassion. No solutions offered. He and his nurse insulted me many times before I could tell them about my pain and what caused it. They walked into the room and started asking the same questions over and over. It was crazy. Most unprofessional doctor I've ever met in my life. They cost a fortune but offered nothing. I was crying when I left and I think they enjoyed it.
