Waiting for him at CG hospital to discharge. Waited extremely long amount of time. Even the nursing staff was frustrated that this doctor wouldn't discharge and that it took so long.

It is unconscionable that this physician is SUPPOSED to be the attending physician for the poor souls at the Mercy Nursing Center. I have called for DAYS without the courtesy of a phone call regarding a serious issue with my mother. I am positive that in the interim his office is charging through the roof for care for my mother that HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED. Who can help me with this critical issue with my mother when the attending physician is UNRESPONSIVE, UNAVAILABLE AND TOTALLY UNCARING.

Dr. Veras was very kind, not only to the patient, but to her family while she was in critical care at the hospital.
