I made an appt 3 weeks in advance. I called day of to confirm and a person told me they didn’t see me in the system. I then called another day to make an appt and to tell the person who made appts that I’d like to make an appt and would like an email confirmation that I had made an appt so it does not happen again. She was giving me an appt 5 weeks after so I cannot have the same thing happen again. She said she cannot send an email because she does a lot of things. She does this and that and that and that she cannot be sending emails to all the patients. Way to make a potential patient comfortable about securing an appt. What if the same thing happens again that I’m not in their system again and I have to waste 5 more weeks. The way she responded was with an attitude of I wear multiple hats and cannot do that. I asked her can you not send an email because your company does not allow it or because you are doing many things and she responded again that she does many things (attitude as… if she is high and mighty). Can’t you take 30 seconds to write an email confirmation to make the patient feel secure of appt security? No wonder the rating is so low at this place. Makes sense! Perhaps it’s time for some staff to get some patient training.

Do not go here!!!!!! This man is an egotistical sad excuse for a doctor. He rushes through his evaluation summaries over the phone and completely disregards your concerns and just blows matter off while he says “this is not an emergency, I repeat, this is not an emergency” even when expressed that there is pain and has been for months. He said, if I had pain I would be in the emergency room... incredible! He diagnosed and confirmed that I have a bacteria infection but will not give me the prescription or send to my pharmacy. He told me to call his office and make an appointment. HIS OFFICE!!!!! Terrible terrible place. I called to make a follow up appointment and to get my prescription but they would not help me saying I have to wait a month for a follow up visit. The doc said I could pick up the prescription. The office lady put me on hold for a long time. I called back and they’d answer and place me on hold without saying a word and they did it about 6 times. This place is a joke. I… just need my meds and explanation and I will find another gastro. What a sham and a shame!
