Excellent overall, very knowledgeable

I saw ten other doctors before getting the correct diagnosis from Dr. Duran. In one visit, she knew my problem and got me treated right away. She literally saved my life!! My wife and I can't thank her enough for how she saved my life. I'm so much better now!

I've seen Dr. Duran for over 5 years for my health problems. She's incredibly smart and always knows how to help me. I made my husband see her recently, and he felt very confident with her care and wants to keep seeing her as his doctor (yay!). It's hard to get in to see her but it's worth the wait.

Saw Dr Duran who was sitting in for my normal Doctor. Waited 2.5 months for the appointment, and when I did finally see Dr Duran she was cold, uncaring, wouldn't listen, and a poor excuse for a physician!! When I asked questions she answered every one the same one..."take that to your primary physician". Really? These are questions specifically about my diabetes which is WHY I was referred to Endocrinology in the first place by my primary doctor!

Doesn't respect other time. I need to take time off from work to go to doctor. She doesn't repect our time. I know health is wealth. But I need money to pay for my bills. I can't afford 1hr of wait time for every visit. She cancelled my appointment since I was 10mins late. I respect her time and expect the same from her. This is the third time I am waiting for 1hr. And once her staff miscalculated and gave me an appointment when she didn't have an opening. Didn't have a courtesy to atleast call and inform. They told me when I came in, couldn't even go back to work.
