Dr Franco is fantastic - I always feel cared for & listened to. He didn't get my blood test results from the hospital in Grand Marais, which is not his fault & my only complaint. I was able to access them from my computer during the call.

Dr Franco is very knowledgeable about is profession and explains things well. He goes through all the options for treatment and gives his advice but doesn't push you.

Excellent care and engagement

Love my doctor. He's my third in this dept and is the only one I've had that cares and is willing to help and educate as much as possible

What I expect when at an appointment

Dr Franco is excellent. He actually reads my lab results before my appointment. I can't tell you how much that means. So often the provider is reading them as they sit in the room with you.

Physician appeared hurried; and appointment appeared hurried, not long enough to discuss questions. Physician appeared more Interested In test results than the patient.

The Dr was great! He actually was hands on and involved me in my treatment and treatment options. Excellent DR

He was marvelous! I would recommend any family n friends use his service.

Doctor tried to convince change to my medication, even though I stated I was not interested.
