NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK AND WHEN THEY DO CALL YOU BACK (7 DAY LATER) THEY MAKE EVERY EXCUSE WHY THEY DIDN'T CALL YOU BACK, TERRIBLE SERVICE.

While the quality of the dr is great his office staff is a mess. My husband went for a pre op exam three weeks prior to surgery and they did not fax the results to surgeon until an hour before the end of the business day before surgery—- after numerous phone calls. This adds to the patient’s stress.

With my sisters complex medical conditions he steps outside the box to get me the best treatment available and orchestrates it. Awesome care compasionate doctor.

Dr. Luke is a terrific doctor he put up with me. I miss my Dr.Ed and was introduce to now my wonderful Dr.luke.he is very companse and does understand and listens to you. Sometimes his office is crowed but the staff does all they can to make you very comfotable and get you in to see the doctor. Every patient has different issues so some take longer and some are done faster. I have been coming to the office for over 26 years and yes they are family and they are very intersted in how you are doing and the welfare of not just you but your family as well. I have been with Dr. Luke for a coupleof years now and intended to stay as long as he could put up with me LOL. I do miss my Dr Ed. I miss his friendly smile and caring words. As the saying goes a crowed doctors office is one great and very busy doctor. To me a very caring and concern human being not just yours or my doctor but a wonderful person. Thanks Dr. Luke.

HE is a excellent doctor he really cares about you not just an office visit.

He really cares about me. He takes time to listen to my issues and tries to resolve them. He is very friendly and patient. Great doctor in Northern New Jersey.

The staff never returns my phone calls, his hours are horrible. 3 days a week from noon to 7? Not to mention the waiting time. However I stick with him because he is the best doctor I have ever had. He really cares about his patients. It feels very personal and professional.
