Dr. Luke Madison Galindo, MD

Very open to talk about my situation, calmed my nerves but yet let me know how serious my condition is...

Dr. Galindo has inexcusably bad bedside manner. I have heard of physicians with bad bedside manner, but had never experienced it before now. If I was able to put "0" stars, I would. He will not allow you to describe your symptoms or previous history. Be prepared to listen to him talk about his medical background, and how your other doctors know absolutely nothing in comparison. I left his office in tears, and had to go visit another doctor to get properly treated.

Egotistical with a poor bed side manner. Dr. Galindo spent his entire 2 minutes with me telling me what he WASN’T going to do instead of listening to the patient and patient history so he could make an accurate diagnosis. The nurse didn’t even swab the infected area of my throat. After coughing up (literally) $250 for absolutely nothing, I went to see another physcian when my pain and symptoms did not go away and was promptly provided with the appropriate prescription medication. This guy is something off of one of those bad doctor television shows right down to his dirty BMW parked in the lot. Save your time and money and go to a real doctor.

Dr Galindo was extremely kind and attentive. Expressed concern and was detailed with my options - I would recommend him to everyone!!!

I saw Dr Galindo at the Texas Med clinic and it was the absolute worst Dr appointment I've ever had. He was rude, spent very little time discussing his "diagnosis" which consisted of maybe nanoseconds of examining my neck and back then practically threw some otc ibuprofen pills at me and a sheet of paper with at home physical therapy instead of complying with my request for a referral to a physical therapist. After trying it his way, the pain hadn't gone away and I returned to Dr office and he tells me why didn't you call me for the referral and then proceeds to offer the PT referral I had originally asked for. I hardly consider his medical assumptions to be a valid medical diagnosis especially without any tests, xrays or real amount of time assessing a patient. I wish I never went to him to be seen, only reason I went is because my primary doctor does not handle injuries from an auto accident. Do not waste your time or money going to see Dr. Galindo at the Texas Med CLinux on Highway… 151.

Rude and with no experience. If you want a doctor that tells you his co-workers are wrong and they don't know what are doing then this is the doctor you want to see..
