Dr. Lukena Ulhas Karkhanis, MD

Dr. Karkhanis actually cares about her patients, she takes the time to really see what’s going on with you and determine a diagnosis, she also makes you feel comfortable. She’s very knowledgeable when asking her questions. 10/10 I would highly recommend her to family, friends, and colleagues.

Was at the office with plenty of time called about 2 minutes after my appointment, but was the last one to leave, I did get an excuse for my appointment, happy to be starting allergy shots soon.

Excellent doctor. We got info on how to mitigate our concern, labs and then a plan for future issues. Excellent doctor listened to our concerns and answered all our questions.

Dr. Karkhanis has been my immunologist for more than 20 years. I'm extremely pleased with her level of care and concern of my health and well-being. Her staff is friendly, patient, professional, and empathetic. I admire how her office keeps up with the ever-so- changing technology by incorporating AI tools. I have to admit, this can be a bit of an adjustment for me because I prefer human interactions over AI. But AI is a tool the office uses for simple administrative tasks ( i.e. scheduling appointments). I also love that Dr. Karkhanis has multiple locations which gives me flexibility and options. Thank you Dr. Karkhanis for being part of my 5-star care team.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Although I am a new patient; I was very impressed with Dr. Karkhanis’ efficiency and manner. She made me feel heard and comfortable.

I have been going to Dr Karkhanis for a couple of years now. I have found her to be well versed with all allergies especially mountain cedar. She is very caring and a great physician. I take allergy shots which I have done for lots of years with 4 different doctors. Their technique here varies because they are very strong shots. I think for the most part they seem very effective. Unfortunately sometimes I am still hit hard and need steroids. I'm hoping that someday I will never need steroid shots or pills. Good luck to all with seasonal allergies and asthma. I am very happy with Dr. Karkhanis!
