Dr. Lulu Liang Chen, MD

I went to their location in Huntington Park and the nurses and staff were so unprofessional. The nurses don't tell you your vitals in person they tell you, you can come back for your medical records. They are charging people of color, low income people $30 to access their own medical records. This doctor is not even the one you see. She just bought the medical office. It's not right to charge for medical records. They should have a sign. This predatory, had i known I would have never gotten a physical there. Again this is not even the doctor you see. The doctor you see does not even identify themself. All people they serve are low income.

The BEST family doctor we have ever encountered; she was very helpful and listen attentively to all our concerns and problems. She offered concrete advice for prevention and pain management. For example, we hear our doctors say "eat healthy" all the time but she takes it further and list concrete food items that are beneficial to specific situations. She will go above and beyond for your health! if you are looking to build a strong relationship with your pcp( and you should), she is definitely my #1 recommendation!
