Horrible experience. I came in because I was in so much pain to the point I can’t eat. To wait an hour and 30 mins for her to show up. When she finally attended me she was shoving her instruments inside my mouth while she was on the phone arguing with someone on the phone. So unprofessional. When she was done “cleaning” my teeth she was on the phone still and I had to wait another 20 mins for her to get off the phone. Finally I tell her my issue and she tells me “yea I saw that”. So I follow up with ok can you help me out here. I then find out she had not even seen my X-rays taken that day and tells me sorry you have to go see an Orthodontist for that. She clearly has no care for her patients avoid her.

Super unprofessional had me waiting 3 hours for her and I’m still waiting for her. Doesn’t matter if you have an appointment or not still won’t be on time
