Dr. Luz Marina Prieto-Sanchez, MD

Dr. Prieto-Sanchez is one of the most ignorant and unprofessional health care providers I've ever dealt with. She was all over the place from the moment she started talking. It was as if she hadn't read my information carefully before the appointment and was constantly changing her mind as she read more information in my file. She completely dismissed the reason I had been referred to her and started diagnosing me for an unrelated issue altogether. It was really manic. Beyond that, I think the most troubling thing about my encounter with her was the way she changed the way she spoke to me as soon as she found out my ethnicity. It's one thing to say people of your ethnicity may be genetically predisposed for certain ailments, it's an entirely different thing to make disparaging comments about an ethnic group based on your own perception of them and how they live. I was referred to another endocrinologist as I did not feel she would provide me competent health care void of personal bias.

This Dr.is good at procedures,but do not listen to you,talks over you,this Dr.office has a bad wait time,and some rude and disrespectful Doctors.

She is extremely rude. Doesn’t listen to what you have to say. The wait time is unacceptable. Poor excuse for a doctors office.
