The front desk staff is very rude. They do not do a good job on updating patients on wait times or the appointment. I have been coming to dr. Tristan for over a year and every time I come here I experience long waits even with appointments. I usually get seen 2 -3 hours after my appointment time. The front staff is absolutely rude and very short with their responses. Anytime you ask them a question they roll their eyes and often say things under their breath. Dr. Tristan herself is absolutely amazing. She’s an excellent doctor, her staff makes the experience very sour. The lady told me she couldn’t update my child’s insurance because I didn’t have a physical copy, I did however have all the information and a digital copy. The lady said she couldn’t type it in. The staff even released personal and confidential information of my child to somebody who was not authorized to get information on my child. They just took some random persons word for it and didn’t verify the identity of the… person or the relation. The waits are ridiculous and the staff seems incompetent. Dr Tristan would benefit from a new front desk staff. They’re very incompetent what’s the point of making an appointment if you get seen 3 hours after? It’s honestly ridiculous.

Me gustaría mucho que la doctora viera este mensaje, y aún que mi inconformidad no es directamente con ella, si lo es con su oficina y empleados, el día 7 de enero de este año lleve a mi hija a vacunas, le pusieron varias que necesitaba y dos pruebas, al ver la tarjeta de vacunas veo que sólo tenía manrcada 1 al regresar ala oficina y preguntar me dicen que solamente le pusieron 1 vacuna ese día, yo estaba con mi hija y fui testigo de 4 piquetes dos en cada brazo, más 1 piquete en su antebrazo más uno en su dedo, donde esta el registro de las vacunas??? En su tarjeta no! Ni en sus archivos. Que fue lo que pasó????

LA DR. TRISTAN A SIDO LA PEDIATRA DE MI NINA DESDE QUE NACIO Y DE MI HIJO DESDE QUE TENIA 9 ANOS Y NO LA CAMBIO A MENOS QUE ELLA YA NO LOS QUIERA VER ES UNA PERSONA MUY PROFECIONAL.

My daughters have been going to Dr. Tristan since birth and she has always diagnosed or refered us to specialist without delay. Rady Children's Hospital assigned her to us since my first daughter was a NICU preemie. Her follow-up is wonderful and she'll actually call from her direct line just to check and see if your child is doing better. I'd recommend her to any parent.

the one and only bad thing would be the wait at the office to be seen..

Dr. Tristan is a very smart & caring doctor.
