Felt brushed off and told me she wouldn't feel offended if I went to see another doctor... who says that to a patient coming to YOU a doctor for help?

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Liu. She is SOO good at explaining everything to you, pros and cons of medications, what to look for, etc. She is always so prompt at responding to emails, sometimes within the hour. Her staff does as well. She helped me get a referral for me to see a specialist and went above and beyond to do so, and helped get it approved. I am so very grateful to have her on my team. Eczema is my primary issue, and a refill of medication was recently approved we d within 30 minutes! If you want a caring, compassionate doctor who will take her time and listen, she's definitely it!

I have had the pleasure of knowing Dr. Liu in a professional capacity and as my provider for years. She is extremely smart and does a great job explaining her care plan so I can understand it. She is very kind and patient with her staff and patients; she truly loves what she does and it shows! I appreciate her dedication to providing the best patient care. She recently trained a Physician Assistant, Tova, and they make a great team!
