Dr. Lydia Helena Ferrell, MD

I was referred here for my pain... i got a call from the office 2 days after my referral was sent! Fast!! The soonest they could get me in was a month out, which is understandably when it’s a private practice. I was told about having to wait the two weeks but that is a new law from the DEA!! The women I talked with was very friendly and very sweet with explaining this to me. I believe her name was Cynthia. I can’t wait to actually meet the doctor if this how the staff is. Hopefully they can help me with my pain.

I got a referral to see Dr Ferrell. When I called I found out the soonest I could see her was was. 37 days in the future! Plus I would have to wait an additional 2 weeks before I could get anything for my pain! Their inability to schedule time for new patients in a timely manor does NOT constitute a reason for new patients to suffer for almost 2 months! That is not only incredulous, it's a crime against humanity. They should be ashamed of themselves. No empathy, no caring. Just make money off of other people's pain.

This doc is amazing idk what I would do without her the staff is sweet they work with u to get ya in the front desk girl is best that has been there in years.

She is the best doctor I have ever encountered. Kind, caring, wholesome, the whole nine yards. If you have pain, GO HERE!!! I love her like a daughter.

Dr. Ferrell is the best doctor I have ever had! She cares and she listen to your problems. She keeps it straight with you. Doesn't let the white coat get to her head. She follows the rules and always make sure her patients understand these rule. The Staff is amazing, They always return phone calls. It may take a couple hours but they always get back to me. They are very Friendly with smiling faces. No word can describe how amazing this office is. Very clean and organized. I have never seen a doctors office so clean. The office Manager goes out of her way to help patients. She always take time out to explain to people why something is the way it is.

Dr. Ferrell has decided to take advantage of suboxone patients' stigma. Now, on top of our deductible, the good ol doc has required that we make a $50 cash payment that is not run though insurance (illegal). I've reported her to my insurance company and they are conducting an investigation. I will not be returning to this person. In all fairness the doctor claims that the insurance company is not paying her enough. But, how is that my problem? I hope she gives back all the money that has been paid for this illegal requirement so far.

Dr. Ferrell is one of the best Doctors I have ever went to. very professional, no nonsense, but understanding one of the best doctors I have ever met. I think I am blessed to have her for my doctor. Wiley Oland Boles

I was unable to fill a 30 day script due to the new law for 7 day refill in new pain patients. I wasn't a new pain patient, but because my work had changed insurance companies a month ago, it showed I had only been taking my meds for 30 days. After 2 calls from me and 10 from Anthem plus a faxed authorization form, we still couldn't get a responce from her or her office. She has never returned my calls before and I knew she wouldn't now and thats why Anthem attempted so many times to reach her. I think they get so many messages they just delete them, I say this because the office is the most unprofessional I'v ever encountered.

Dr. Ferrell is a very fine doctor. She is straight, hard, and fair.

Dr.Ferrell,relieved many years of crucial pain in sever steps. She pin pointed ares need and treated them. So after years struggling with pain solutions,she relieved in just a few months.I still have recurring pain but it's now manageable.What a wonderful Dr. she is. Thank you Dr. Ferrell,your an angel from heaven.
