The receptionists are so rude and never willing to help the Patient! They always make you come in for little things so that they can charge the insurance! If you need a medical clearance letter, they will ask you to come in for a check up even though you just had one! You ask for a prescription refill, they will ask you to come in. How ridiculous is this??? We asked for a Friday appointment and the receptionist refused right away. but when we spoke to the Doctor herself, she made sure they gave us the Friday appointment. So go figure ??? Doctor Lydia is so nice and understanding but the staff is the worst!

Dr Lydia is a wonderful Doctor. When I go for my appointments I feel like I’m visiting a friend. I’ve been seeing her for 27 years. You may have to wait a bit before seeing her but when you do she spends time with you. It’s not a quick in and out. I will have a problem if she ever decides to retire.

Dr. Gorski a very good Doctor, but not easy to get an appt. even if you are sick. When you do have an appt. be prepared to be there between 2-3 hrs.

Doctors are constantly overbooked, leading to 30-50 minute waiting times. I've also never been referred for so many tests and other doctors. Better safe than sorry, but I'm beginning to wonder about the necessity of it all. Also, you will end up giving your information multiple times as there are often interns practicing on you before the Doctor ever gets in to see you (add that to the wait time and I guess you'll be there 50-70 minutes before you see the Doctor).

Dr. Lydia is by far one of the best doctors that I have ever had the good fortune to know. She is very dedicated to her patients and always makes time to visit them in the hospital. She is tireless and a wonderful and competent dr. I feel that I am in good hands and that is very important. My family are also her patients and they feel the same way I do.
