I am so glad I found Dr Speer; she is knowledgeable and spends time, answers questions: makes me feel like a person; not a number

Dr. Speer treats her patients as if they are her best friend or family members. She has a wonderful bedside manner and gives patients time to talk and be heard. She listens to their concerns and tries her best to give the best care possible to change their lives for the better. She is an amazing doctor and all doctors should have her kind loving heart because that's what we all need. When you see a doctor you open up your personal life with them, it makes you vulnerable. You share intimate things with them that you can't share with anyone else. You want that person to speak to you like they care, and when she does, she really cares it's not pretend. She makes you feel comfortable and loved. Everytime I see her I thank God for her. I truly believe she was meant to be a doctor because she helps change people's lives daily. Even if she can't cure you from a incurable disease she can give you the best care that you will ever get. She is a life saver in more ways than one.

Just want to say... one review I noticed on here gave her a 1 star for bedside manner, along with the other low stars for her overall professionalism etc is a big fat LIER! I know everyone is not going to like everyone but a 1 star give me a break. Anyone nomatter who you are after meeting her would definitely agree with me. A justification would not be that maybe she had a bad day , nope she gives her all every single day to everyone she meets nomatter how she feels , sick or otherwise she tries not to let that show and she takes care of others before herself and that is rare!!! I mean rare these days. She shows love and kindness to people from all walks of life. She is kind and compassionate, she listens and she spends quality time with her patients. She is very entelegent , she keeps up with the latest in the medical field and she treats the patient not the illness or disease meaning she doesn't just treat you for diabetes she finds out how your living if you share that information.… She finds out what she can do to make things better, less expensive medications, nutrition education, help for the mental and physical stress of it all. She don't just jet you in for 5 minutes and hope for the best! So for anyone giving her a 1 star , you have more problems than you know. Shame on you for lieing!

i have white coat syndrome. therefore i have an great fear of any clinician in a white coat. it is been very detrimental to my health because I was so afraid. Dr. Speer, without knowing, alleviated those fears. she is definitely a team player and understands her patients when they need her help .

...just to know Dr. Speer. She is a Dr. who cares: she is generous with her time, and she is emotionally involved--truly a lovely person. Now, to the medical care. Dr. Speer is professional, knowledgeable, and reasonable. She considers and presents options for care, Time after time, over more than two years, I've felt that I am important to her and involved in my own treatment. I could not recommend Dr. Speer more warmly. I'm sure that my wife and our daughter. also Dr/ Speer's patients. would second every word of this.

Super nice

Best Primary Care Physician we've had in a long time. Listens to all issues, helps you prioritize and develop your care plan. Excellent follow up by Doctor and Nurse. Doctor gives you her full attention, well worth any time spent waiting.

Dr. Speer reminds me of my doctor from home (moved to Chattanooga in February). Easy going, listens, asks questions, and upbeat. She is like talking with your friend. Concerned about one's wellbeing.
