never told me about the procedure never ask me about my allergies never took in consideration my body's pain I had a severe reaction to the drugs I was given their treatment was to ignore it to say it again go away I walked out of there and spent 20 minutes in the parking lot for my vision and my shaking to stop I would never go back and I'm left with her tremendous medical bill

When I walked in the front desk lady was nice the other older one was snotty and thought she knew better then everyone and was very slow. We heard that the doctor hadn't even got to work yet. So I filled out the forms a have them back. So I waited and it was after 12 and the person with me went to the front desk and asked when they were going to see me since they were taking people who had just got there in the last at most 20 minutes. They told her that they had to type everything that I wrote on the papers into the computer and they couldn't see me till then. Now it's about 12:30 and I'm finally called back the girl who taken me back was real nice. Then I had to wait for the doctor. So he comes in and tries to talk to me he asks me a few questions then he takes a personal phone call in the room. Then started comparing me to his wife and told me that she is getting a breast reduction sometime in the next month to help with the pain and maybe that might be something I should look into.… Mind you I'm barely a c cup. So he barely listens to my heart and asks me a few more personal questions about my pets and if I played sports and stuff. He showed me a picture of his grandson and his dog. Then he told me that I needed to come back to do testing even though he thinks nothing wrong. He was so full of himself it was pathetic. Then he walked me out. Come to find out the guy who sat next to me had been waiting since 10:15 and we both got out at the same time at 12:55. But what got me was that I was just supposed to be going in to get a test done and my doctor set it up but he did no tests barely listened to my heart at that. And ordered a test that my doctor don't think I need. I'm not saying I don't but I was supposed to be going for like a 30 minute appointment to to a heart ultrasound. But no I was there for 2 hours and 10 minutes.

The Office could stand a good cleaning, note bathrooms had skid marks and yellow stains on stool and floor, the one in waiting room had such a bad smell had to step out. Staff is not a group of happy campers heard several remarks about other member. Some were offensive and acted as if they were doing you a favor, or just ignored me. Doctor was running late and had to go to the hospital (no one told us). Was at the office over 5 hrs. Doctor came in and still not sure what was what, did not explain or go over the charts and sonograms? But will need a follow-up in 6 mo. Overall not impressed with this group.
